Param started as a golf caddy. He had shown great interest and talent since young. At the age of 13 years old, he began to win many tournaments, both in junior and amateur category.
At the age of 24, he became a PGA pro. He played in many tournaments actively and had gained much insight such as short game approach, reading the green and many more. At the same time, he also do some coaching part time to pass on his knowledge. In 2013, he decided to be a full time golf coach so that he can concentrate to give the best training to his students.
